Place the brush on your forehead and turn it on. 5. Select the desired speed. 6. Follow the T-timer prompts while gently moving the brush in small circular motions.

User Tip: Pressing the brush into the skin with too much pressure may impede the motion and reduce effectiveness. Gentle pressure is key.
